There is a verse in the Bible that is often quoted: Give and it shall be given to you; good measure, pressed down and shaken together.

It makes sense.

Have you ever noticed that if you give a smile, people smile back at you? Or that... if you give kindness, then kindness will also be shown to you?

Now if you are feeling really bad and in a sour mood...you also will find others frowning, fussing, and hard to get along with.

Makes you want to be careful in how you relate to others as well, doesn't it?

I have a gift for you. Nothing special, just an idea and not really even my own. My gift is to make you aware that you are special and unique. You may not think so but.........you have something to offer. You have experience in life that no one else has. Sit down and think about it. Write a report on it and then........give it away.

Want to build a list? Give something away that no one else has. Be truly helpful.  Forget about trying to get. Just focus on giving and it shall be given to you.
